Pre-Arranged Absence

Parents and Students, 

When completing the pre-arranged absence form attached below, please ensure that you submit it at least 10 days prior to the absence taking place. This is to ensure that the administration team has ample time to review the absence request. If you have any questions, please contact Gateway High School’s Attendance Office.

Al completar el formulario de ausencia preestablecida adjunto a continuación, asegúrese de enviarlo al menos 10 días antes de la fecha de la ausencia. Esto permitirá que el equipo administrativo tenga suficiente tiempo para revisar la solicitud de ausencia.
