Mrs. Georgette Paul-Zin
Greetings Panther Nation,
I am proud to serve as Principal of Gateway High School, bringing a passion for student achievement, instructional excellence, and collaborative leadership. Having previously served as Gateway's Assistant Principal, has played an integral role in the school's continued success and is honored to lead the Panther community.
Throughout my time at Gateway, I have has worked alongside students, staff, and families to achieve significant milestones, including earning an "A" school grade for the first time in more than a decade, increasing the school's graduation rate to the highest among Osceola County's traditional high schools, and achieving the highest acceleration rate in the district.
I am committed to creating a positive, inclusive learning environment where every student is challenged to reach their full potential. I believe that strong relationships, high expectations, and meaningful partnerships with families are the foundation of student success. I am dedicated to building on Gateway's tradition of excellence while preparing every Panther for success in college, career, and life.
One School. One Community. Limitless Possibilities.

Mr. Tyler Harris
Hello Panthers!
I am excited and honored to serve as an Assistant Principal at Gateway High School. I am a graduate of Guilford College in Greensboro, NC, where I earned a bachelor’s degree in Sports Management and Business. I later went on to complete a master's degree in educational leadership from Grand Canyon University.
Over the past seven years, I have dedicated my career to education with a strong focus on behavioral intervention and student success. My experiences as a Dean have allowed me to support students in meaningful ways, helping them grow academically, socially, and personally.
As I step into this new role, my commitment is simple: to foster relationships, build trust, and guide our students with respect as they cross their own finish lines. Just as so many mentors and leaders have done for me, I look forward to walking alongside our students and helping them achieve their goals.
Go Panthers!
Tyler Harris, Assistant Principal
