Greetings Panther Nation,
Welcome to a new school year at our exceptional school! This year, we celebrate a historic achievement—we have officially become an “A” school for the first time in more than a decade. This milestone reflects the unwavering dedication of our students, staff, families, and community partners who have worked tirelessly to elevate our school to new heights.
At the heart of our success is a commitment to inclusive, student-centered learning where every learner is valued, supported, and empowered to thrive. We believe that excellence is achieved when every student is given the tools and opportunities to succeed.
Our school offers a rigorous and dynamic college and career preparatory experience, with programs designed to meet the needs and aspirations of all students. We are proud to offer:
- International Baccalaureate (IB), Advanced Placement (AP), and AICE programs for academically driven students
- AVID to support college readiness for all learners
- Career and technical education pathways in Entrepreneurship, Sports Marketing and Management, Cybersecurity, Digital Media, and Pharmacy Tech
- Dual Enrollment opportunities with Valencia College, O-Tech and Barry University (new this year)
- A nationally recognized Marine Corps JROTC program that builds leadership, discipline, and civic responsibility
- Award-winning Performing Arts and Studio Art programs that inspire creativity and encourage students to explore their talents

Career & Technical Education (CTE)Career and Technical Education (CTE) at Gateway High School provides students with hands-on learning experiences that prepare them for both college and the workforce. Through specialized pathways such as health sciences, engineering, business, and digital media, students gain real-world skills, industry certifications, and internship opportunities. Gateway’s CTE programs emphasize career readiness and innovation, helping students explore their interests while building a strong foundation for future success.
