universities and colleges around the country is maintained in the

contact the guidance office for an appointment if they have any concerns
regarding their student.

academically. Students may be referred to the guidance counselor for the
teacher, parents, or may be self-referred.

Families in Transition
The Families in Transition mission is to identify
homeless students, remove systematic barriers to their education,
including school enrollment, transportation / reassignments, to
provide supplemental and counseling case management services, as well as
linkages to their school social worker while maintaining school as their
stable environment. Please see a guidance counselor if you have
questions about this program.
